REFUND POLICY

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality groceries with ease and use our best efforts to ensure that your orders are correctly fulfilled.

Should  there  be  any  discrepancy  in  your  order,  please  notify  us  by  email  at contact@gourmetgrovefoods.com  or  via  our  online  chat  within 24 hours after the delivery.

  • As we are delivering fresh produce and food products, we uphold our product handling process very strictly and thus items purchased cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded unless the product has been delivered in a damaged condition.
  • If incorrect products have been delivered in your order.
  • If there is a missing item in your order.
  • If an item you have ordered is out of stock, our customer service team will notify you prior to the delivery to ask if you would like to replace the item or have it refunded.

Refund will be processed within 48 hours.
